Spay & Neuter
Spaying and neutering is one of the most important ways we can prevent animals from ending up abandoned, homeless, or in overcrowded shelters. We see firsthand how many animals are already in need, and every unplanned litter adds to that number. Our program helps make spay and neuter more accessible. For us, prevention is just as important as rescue. Instead of only responding to the problem, we want to get ahead of it.
Did you know? Southwest Florida Spay Neuter Services has a low-cost mobile clinic that comes out to Labelle every Monday and Montura every other Tuesday!

TNVR
Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) is a humane way to care for community cats while helping manage their populations. They are safely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, ear-tipped, and returned to the place they know as home.

TNVR means fewer kittens born outside, healthier community cats, and a better quality of life. Returning them is an important part of the process. If cats are simply removed, other unsterilized cats can move into the same area, breed, and continue the cycle. By helping cats already there, we can stabilize colonies, reduce future litters, and create a lasting impact in our community.
